No. A niacin flush happens with nicotinic acid, a different form of vitamin B3. R+ contains niacinamide, which does not trigger flushing and is well tolerated at the amounts we use.

How many can I take in one night?

One serving is enough for most people. R+ is a high-strength nutritional formula, so we recommend sticking to one shot per night. If your night is long or especially demanding, some people choose to take a second serving later on — but you shouldn’t exceed two shots in 24 hours.
